Wife and kid both don’t feel well both stayed home,so much for a quiet day for me.Breakfast was,protein shake,R1 with 2 raws eggs in it.2 plain bagels,grapes,water n coffee.I split a lot of wood yesterday,and I feel it so I’m thinkin I’m not even gonna lift.Gonna smoke a joint and hang some Christmas stuff.Got a doc appt at one can’t fuckin wait.lunch will be two turkey n cheese with lettuce n tomato,and another shake,probably a piece a homemade cheese cake,it’s so outfuckingstanding that if any one of yous was here with me,I wouldn’t share it.
