Hello to all,diets and training today

Wife and kid both don’t feel well both stayed home,so much for a quiet day for me.Breakfast was,protein shake,R1 with 2 raws eggs in it.2 plain bagels,grapes,water n coffee.I split a lot of wood yesterday,and I feel it so I’m thinkin I’m not even gonna lift.Gonna smoke a joint and hang some Christmas stuff.Got a doc appt at one can’t fuckin wait.lunch will be two turkey n cheese with lettuce n tomato,and another shake,probably a piece a homemade cheese cake,it’s so outfuckingstanding that if any one of yous was here with me,I wouldn’t share it.
 
Digging out trench between new addition porch and pool patio to install drains. Maybe 35 feet. I’ll post a pic in a bit.

It’s to move the rain out to the yard away from pool and house.

Yeah not bad. Almost done. My favorite metal handle big spade doesn’t fit so I gotta loosen it then shovel with etool size shovel.

It’s time to go empty out my headspace,refresh my brain browser if you will.The therapist has no idea what’s headed her way in 8 minutes
 
Good afternoon everyone. Trained legs and calves today. Had a bagel and egg whites for breakfast and just finished a ham and cheese on rye.
 
I just made me about 4 cups of manicotti noodles a pound of fresh ground beef 96% lean with a chunk of Velveeta cheese (about a cups worth, one chopped green pepper and one red pepper. Sea salt , a bit of Cajun spice and cracked pepper. Soooo good…
 
Usual diet for me . 1 hour jujitsu and 40 min cardio w/ 20lb plate carrier
