Hi everyone today's diets and training

Morning my fellow eaters and lifters.Breakfast was a cheese steak,cheese and lots of pepper,bananna,water coffee.Guess what,I have work lined up the next few weeks we’re painting the place my dad is moving out of starting today.
Protein shake tween now and lunch.lunch will be turkey n cheese lettuce n tomato,couple HB eggs, and water.Gonna do legs later when I get home.Have a good day and stay positive
 
Currently doing zoom meeting (7-12 😭). Had oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast then toast and peanut butter then a yogurt. Basically every break I have gotten I’ve been eating and drinking coffee. If I have any life left in me I’ll train some back when this is over
 
Same shit all day long. Making an Italian pork chop at FD tonight. If it comes out good I’ll post a photo.
Just cardio with plate carrier on today
 
I ended up eating mister burger at Hardee’s still in training
 
Felt good to work today,although we stopped at 230,so not a long day,just finished lifting,gonna do Christmas lights outdoor stuff,just doin two trees with blinking lights,the top of my driveway has 13 pine trees,they look like bigger versions of the Christmas trees you put in your house,the smallest one 4ft tall the biggest,15ft. The tall ones are a pain in the ass. The 12 ft one took 400 colored strand lights,blinking of course.
