I know how you feel about Tren. Last time I did it my cholesterol was insane for me. But I was away from home for work and diet wasn’t greatest. But I saw awesome results in only three weeks before I decided to ditch it.
 
So for a contest things change completely you can use tren for contests in my opinion just not to look good lol
I believe that you have a good idea planned how long do you have to run compounds and what’s the goal I will give you the best I got for advice brother

But you gotta win lol

How does a diet look like on a cut. Taking all the compounds and building a shit ton lean muscle. Should I do deficits the whole time?

That shit had me shaking like I had dt’s. 😂😂 no thank you. Same to clen. Nope and nope. I much prefer albuterol tabs.
 
22 weeks to get big and lean and veiny . But I wanna do diet and take break from compounds for couple months first. Leaving me 14 weeks. But if bloods come back good May start eq earlier.
 
I wanna spot target my muffin top before cycle. But how often and how much and how far apart inch wise should I do injections. Like if I inject Helios then how big area does it affect?
 
So I think @Dirtnasty makes a good point. Bulk straight to cut is not ideal, it’s exhausting mentally and physically. That being said- it’s exactly what I’m doing. Just be aware of what your body is saying.

Eq at 20 weeks is good.

I would slowly increase cals during mass so your body does immediately try to store the excess calories, but utilizes the gradual increase.

Tren/eq I can’t speak to. Have never run them together. Eq makes me absolutely voraciously hungry. Which makes cutting with it very difficult. I’m talking like makes no sense- one time at a restaurant for lunch I ate a white bbq sand which with Mac and cheese, an 8 oz steak with rice, an entree salad with 4oz of chicken on it and was still starving. That’s me, some folks don’t get that effect

I think tren to cut down at the start then adding mast at the end is a good call.

When I hear hard cut I think of strict and deep cal deficit. Cardio included. By that point workouts are hard. One day I only benched 135 for 20 reps multiple times as a chest workout.

Your plan is good. It’s just going to be one the requires strict discipline and mental toughness.
 
Yup. But my cake doughnut is the last to go and takes away from the upper body look. Helios “melts”fat locally.
 
I know it’s gonna be hard but I’ve come along way in last six weeks and I think with alcohol out of the picture completely it’s made a big difference and is extremely motivating to see this mich progress. To see what I am capable of now I feel challenged to see new limits for myself.
 
I don’t believe anything melts fat locally. It aides in target fat loss by working locally… when in a caloric deficit. No drug will make you spot burn fat. Fat burning is a metabolic response to energy requirements.
 
Well even working locally will help with that stubborn area I hope. But deficit definitely. May even do @Kad1 intermittent fasting

If yes 14wks like this lean bulk end with hard cut

1-14 testosterone no Sustanon enanthate or smaller ester is even better if you can microdose and inj 1x a day that’s best I would use prop if you can this will help alot.

1-14 eq 400-800mg find your sweet spot possibly higher. Minimum 2x a week

1-7 test p/tren ace/eq/proviron
8-14 test p/mast p/eq winny tabs if blood work allows cholesterol might be crazy.

1-7 Diet run your normal bulking diet for a lean bulk with your weight and height

8-14 Diet run a caloric deficit actually lowering over 2wks your cals and carbs. Go for high protein still and much lower carbs and only good fats you want this to be a hard cut its going to be 7wks of hell but its to win. You have to take in around half the calories and allow the compounds to just tighten you up in 7wks after a lean bulk you should drop another 20lbs maybe 15lbs before the end of your last 7wks. You want to gain only mass during the beginning just gotta keep your diet clean for the lean bulk high protein, carbs to just keep you going, only good fats. Once you go into the second 7wks you still have to continue to make gains while only taking in about half the amount.

I don’t reccomend clen until the very end if at all to just take some off right before the end.

Stay super hydrated and diet has to be solid for all 14wks no deviation.

Cardio is going to be alot not like a normal bulk you actually want to do alot of cardio so you can lose bf% while continuing to add mass.
Feed those compounds especially the eq with protein the nitrogen synthesis will work great with lean and peeled.
