How do you get in the mood?

I play mind games with myself. Convince myself that if I don’t train legs for instance, I have to do something else I like doing less usually works, or I keep telling myself “just one more set.”

Amon Amarth opened for Slayer on tour last year I believe it was. They fucking killed it. Amazing stage presence. Sounded awesome
 
Because my gym limits me during COVID to 1 hour per day, I hit the gym every day and have to be VERY efficient with the workout or I won’t get it done. To develop the necessary motivation, I like to inject right before the workout, preferably in some place that kinda hurts, like a bicep. Something about that just pisses me off and makes me wanna break shit. Recently decided to try some test base right before a workout, which I understand really hurts and jacks you up quite a bit, then is out of your system before it can aromoatize (water based). Should be perfect!
 
Music for me, NYHC bands from 80’s the heyday. Also, watching Bakhar Nabieva or Vivi Winkler workout videos. If those fine ass chicks can do it, then I can 😂
 
I just watch some hockey fights or big hit videos on youtube. And if im dieing doing cardio throw a video on the phone to watch and my legs get into gear
 
Didn’t to today tried get some sleep feeling run the fuck down
