How Important Is Getting a Pump for Building Muscle?

Depends on what you consider a pump. Going to failure? Or going till it hurts then go to failure, then go some more, till it’s begging for mercy. Or just going in the gym and doing reps till you get a little. The goal is blood into muscle pumps are an indicator of that. But can also tell you other things like when you can’t get one (looking flat) maybe time to refeed or carb up. Maybe diet or supplements off. Hormone Imbalance. I wouldn’t stress it if you skin is so tight you can’t pull it every single time you went to gym. Nothing wrong with a good pump either just tells me I did good and my body is primed for post workout nutrition. Course I’m old and I don’t take creatine or nitric oxide supps. Makes my liver enzymes crazy. I just still to a good old dick pill for that.
 
The science is still mixed on whether or not a pump can contribute to hypertrophy or strength gains. That said, pump based workouts tend to go close to failure without hitting it for most sets. This is actually a superior way to work out as opposed to going to failure.

I’m not sure the answer but the pump to me is as satisfying as cumming is; as having sex with a beautiful woman and cumming. Okay, maybe not really! Arnold was known to be full of shit!
For me though if I don’t get a pump I’m not having fun so I always take Cialis preworkout at a minimum and lately I also take dbol and tbol; Anadrol pumps are amazing too.
 
Jimminy Christmas, Dbol, TBol, and Cialis. That’s a pump that’s probably gushing blood all over the machines.

I have yet to actually try Cialis and see if it works for me in the pump aspect. Today is cardio/abs, so maybe for back tomorrow, I’ll give it a shot. Of course I decided to start those Abombs, per your recommendation, since you said I could still stay pretty dry/lean/vascular with the NPP/Mast/Test, as long as I maintain my mostly clean eating. @johnjuanb1
 
I look great on Anadrol! If only it didn’t mess with my bp and wasn’t hard on my liver I would take it non stop.
 
That’s how it used to be for me but after 12 years of use it now only works for a half day. I abused it!
 
Yeah, I have a feeling it will escalate my BP and my liver enzymes, if I remember correctly. I’ve been taking a liver product for about 4 months now, so hoping that will help that aspect. I heard that LIV52 stuff is supposed to be better than the TUDCA/Milk Thistle Combo I’m using.
 
Hey, I found that on Amazon and researched from the company that it’s the exact same thing, minus the iron, because America doesn’t have a low iron deficiency for the list kart versus all other countries.

Is that the one, and can I stop taking the other shit?? @Dirtnasty @johnjuanb1

Yeah, lots of good feedback from bodybuilders who take it before, during, and after orals, so I’m going to give it a shot. All of the orals seem to raise my enzymes more than I’d like. Seems most everyone has had better luck with Himalaya than TUDCA or Milk Thistle.

You ever noticed liver 52 from Himalaya smells like rat poison to me same smell as what we you are chicken house and we have 3 different types
 
For me the pump is when I feel that 🔥 burn thatsbwhen I know I’m cashing in on my gains…if your counting to 12 or 10 your cheating yourself it’s not about numbers let your muscles Motivate if your gonna keep movin
