So there are exercises that u say to yourselves…
I know i should…but i dont…i just hate it and i can get around it with this or that…
what might that exercise be?
mine is arms…i want very cut and defined or big solid musled arms i think are impressive. just finishes of the overall physique nicely…but…i just cannot bring myself to have a arm day…i know i should…but…i dont …i know though having a day dedicated to arms would get me the arms i like. i keep saying oh…when i do back i am also doing arms…or when i do chest i am also doing arms so they will grow that way
so what about you?
it could even be that its an exercise yoy really hate but you do get it in atleast once a week solid but you know u need to do it more
