I am new here.
I am 185cm, 18 yr old, 160lbs male. My upper body is skinny fat but my lower body; my thighs and my calves are really fat, in fact so fat that it jiggles a bit .
I want to start gym but have no idea whatsoever where to start? maybe you guys can help me out!!
I am really new to this whole workout health thing, like really don’t know nothing, so please ease me out here!!!
