Idiots at work trying not to go to jail

Today I was fulfilling a previous commitment to another company that was expecting my help this spring. We were in a smaller building with a bunch of different tradesman.

The painters came in fully dressed in moon suits and respirators. They did not set up any ventilation or even open any doors. They started spraying paint everywhere. It looked like fog in the building. I walked to them and told them they needed to open doors and set up ventilation. They told me to open the fucking doors if I wanted too. I told them it is their responsibility because it is their paint and told them to fuck off. They didn’t say another word to me and avoided my area of work the rest of the day.

Then they picked up the fire alarm guys pile of sorted wires and threw them across the floor. The fire alarm guy is at least 60 years and he got in their shit. Then they started telling him they were gonna kick the shit out of him.

I was so fucking fired up. How can they not threaten me but they do to an older guy they ain’t afraid of. Fucking Bullies. I hate Bullies. I wanted to kick all three their asses just for fun. My foremen quickly got the GC involved before there was a site wide brawl. He threatened to kick the painters off site if they didn’t shape up.

Fuck sake!!! I hate that kind of shit!! Thank God the foremen made a good quick decision. I’m not allowed any violent or abusive contact right now and I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done. Plus I think my estrogen is high which makes me edgy as hell.

They picked on the older man because he did t appear to be a threat. They are a bunch of pussies. Typical bully mentality. Happy to see the GC get involved. I had a situation when I was a kid working for an HVAc company while I was in college. I drove on the site to drop material and accidentally damaged a pipe bending machine. GC started screaming at me and I was super apologetic,it was totally my fault. Then I got out of the truck with with no shirt on, weeks before I won state bodybuilding champion, so I was in good shape. Told him if he didn’t stop yelling at me I was going to throw him over the wall into the water. He shit right up but called my boss. Luckily my boss was also my cousin so nothing happened. I gained slot of respect though.

Haha that actually makes me feel better. I’ve been holding on to this anger all day. I really wanted to fight today. Normally I let shit go quickly but this was one that really bothered me!! I bet @Poppy could’ve kicked their asses. But this older guy was no Poppy.

Yeah bro I can’t stand when someone picks on a guy who can’t defend himself. Goodshit on having his back. Even better of you to not put hands on them. Been there done that. It’s always us who loses in that situation. Props for holding together.

Never start it but always finish it is what my grandpa taught me. I finish it sometimes from the floor but hey it’s finished that brings back memories of the ole contractor days don’t let them get to you piss in there drinks when they ain’t looking and laugh or screw some shit together or poke a hole in hose then just kill them with kindness and smile or pick up a two by four either way. Just remember you as in rusty don’t need any more violent acts right now the man be watching

Bless you brother this is exactly how I remember work sites being and its ridiculous but wtf the foreman should have been on the painters from the start for fucking with anyone else working not on my job site I would have tossed them and called their boss and let him know that his idiots are causing problems on the site the boss would rip them up

Always go straight to the foreman and say something about what’s happening that’s his job ive been there
