Hello everyone, so I’ve mentioned in my introduction that about 8yrs ago, I was a solid 235lbs.,training 6x a week before letting myself go to balloon up to 310lbs. I know how hard it is to train to reach maximum health goals and the blood, sweat and tears that go along with that. Im older now so supplementing and giving myself a boost would help me towards that goal again. With that being said, the first step I want focus on is dropping body fat first and then focusing on muscle mass later. I know a few guys who work out at my gym who trained for competitions and would take Clen and had noticeable results. Ive done a lot of research on this and feel like this would help me along with the training and diet I’m on now. I guess my question is what is the best brand, dose and cycle would be best for max results, thank you.
