Improving fat loss for phase 1 of my training

Hello everyone, so I’ve mentioned in my introduction that about 8yrs ago, I was a solid 235lbs.,training 6x a week before letting myself go to balloon up to 310lbs. I know how hard it is to train to reach maximum health goals and the blood, sweat and tears that go along with that. Im older now so supplementing and giving myself a boost would help me towards that goal again. With that being said, the first step I want focus on is dropping body fat first and then focusing on muscle mass later. I know a few guys who work out at my gym who trained for competitions and would take Clen and had noticeable results. Ive done a lot of research on this and feel like this would help me along with the training and diet I’m on now. I guess my question is what is the best brand, dose and cycle would be best for max results, thank you.

Look in categories. Or search sponsors. You will have a plethora to talk to and get the one right for you. All on here are verified sponsors so it’s up to which one you like the best.
 
No worries. There’s so many great sponsors on here I don’t want to promote one over the other. Ive used 5 or 6 and have yet to have issues with anything. They’ve all been top notch. The search engine you can ask more specific things and find tons of info. Type in Clen and you’ll get more reading than you’ll care to read on it. 😂. Good luck!!
 
I would recommend utilizing a trainer to begin with. You’ll get more bang for your buck with a trainer than you will with clen. Clen is only gonna truly shine if your bf is already low, plus it makes me feel like shit lol. Honestly I’d focus on quality foods and quality exercise to get body fat down. I’ve lost about 60lbs this year, and there’s no secret to it, you just have to work the fat off, eat quality meals and burn more calories than you take in.
