@KodiakGrrl I’ve thought about front loading but havent seen anything that lead me to believe it would help reduce the needed exposure time. What made you choose e over c? Everything Ive ever read leads me to believe theres not much of a difference, and most logs Ive read on here take C over E.

I typically run it for 10 weeks or longer. Never any higher than 600mg. Basically it’s a waste any higher and really doesn’t need to be higher. But yes does take time to kick in. I love eq though

I agree on the sust, my last was ran at 750 - but I started having sides so I abandoned it in search of either c or e.

@KodiakGrrl that is another option but I feel as though even at 500 I am probably having issues just not enough to perceive with a lower dose. And since its a blend, I assume its the shorter ester giving me the problems!

Ive never utilized Prop so I cant speak to that. As far as test goes, I was sust from day 1.

Nipple sensitivity and bloat at 750 per week. Started at the 2-3 week mark.

If memory serves correct, the last cycle was the morning of e3d. And as a reference, I have done deca as a seperate additional compound no sensitivity detected

When I run Sust I like to pin ED, it really helps with estrogen conversion, also I like to stack prop with it to to stable out release levels a tad bit

What was your AI protocol looking like on Sust

I pinned oed and stacked with prop … good call though on the ED … that test phynl prop is an 8 hour half life if I recall correctly

Yes it’s a pretty short half life, and usually with Sust I think it’s like 30mg of prop, so when the other esters start releasing that extra prop will be be higher and closer to the other esters hence more stability
