It seems to be, but full blood work would tell a better story.
How he feels is the betterest indicator, but is seems like this is being pursued for aesthetics.

Welcome my brother!!

Great job dropping from 235lbs to 165lbs. At 5’8 you’d look really good at about 175-185lbs.

Just keep lifting and be safe, as most on here have said, dieting is everything, just eat bro…

You don’t need the sauce until a little later, and when you do get on the sauce, it’s a
certain way to take it in order to see minimal side effects from it.

As of now, my advice would be lift heavy, be consistent, and just eat.

@Andrew @USMCInfantryBrothers is one of our BB active competitors… and winning everywhere he goes (I’ll add). He’s got several threads chronicling his approach up to the stage. I’m am no expert but I’m thinking he’s got a pro card in his future… probably sooner than later.

He’s not on a random boatload of juice either. If he speaks it… it’s worth listening.
