IWF - Pattaya Thailand Going On Now - Mad Respect

Had a change of plans and came to the IWF’s in Thailand. Over 700 competitors from I think over 150 countries. Don’t worry staff is still working in the office so orders are still going.

Met up with some labs and Pharma reps, while it is a clean event and heavy screening there’s of a lot of non competitors here who back the sport and clubs. Ran into a few folks that operate and was spreading the UGM word so @Bigmurph throw this shop a bonus we’re trying to get more folks here

I saw some unreal action and it is just the opening. I enjoy all areas of lifting, the sheer command of your own body the dedication, the determination. Bodybuilding, Olympic, Strong Man, hell just fat loss I respect. Sadly my days are long behind me but when you see folks Snatch and Clean & Jerk I will always Tip my Hat and give props.

I gotta give a shout out to Morghan King at 49 Kg from the USA. Throwing 181 combined. She owned her group from introductions to final lift. Respect !

I know that you definitely had a good time out there just being in Thailand is a good time lol
The comp just makes it even better. I was reading the anti doping on the IWF website they were serious about running a clean comp. There’s a list of people who they already caught.

I look forward to seeing some new people around lol
