Ha ha well I was wondering if you were a female, I’m sure you got called bro at least twice, if not more. And people are extremely helpful here,nobody will be to rough.
 
Well the first would be a solid strict diet then a rigorous training program.
That’s really how you make things happen is by changing those two things.

Is your goal mass or lean cut muscle?
