Breakfast was cheese steak,cheese n pepper only,lots of pepper,bananna,water,coffee.
Lunch is turkey n White American cheese on homemade bread lettuce, tomato. I broke down n put LIGHT mayo n mustard on the bread,very rarely do I use shit like that.,slices are on the thick side,and I still haven’t checked the carbs on a serving of homemade bread,I been lazy.working today with my dad,maybe hunting later,3 days left this deer season.And my wife is right,I talk more on here then to her.
And no,I’m not lifting.
