Jan 3rd edition of training and diets

Top of the morning to ya…breakfast was 2 plain bagels,1 can a tuna,strawberries,protein shake,water.pops and I are goin to bait the deer. Not sure what and when I’m lifting.I been struggling with motivation lately which I usually do when not running a cycle,which has been since june,and yeah I know push thru it,suck it up,but maybe I don’t wanna.
 
Spinach Quiche, cup of egg whites and some rye toast. Just hit legs and some abs. My goal for 2022 is to break last years record of ab training (which was 3 times…maybe).
 
Having pork chops today. Went back to work after two weeks off for vacation. They have a new covid policy where there testing everyone every 3 days and I came back positive so I got sent home. I don’t even feel sick. Sucks cause I needed the money to help with my grandmas funeral :person_facepalming:t3::person_facepalming:t3:

Wind is blowing so hard here it’ll be dry by midnight if not earlier.
 
Yeah my steward is gonna fight for it. Just got off the phone with him. I’m going to get another test to see if I’m negative since there’s was a quick one and I don’t feel sick. They sent home like 5 guys and plan on testing everyone every 3 days. It’s gonna be a mess
 
Do they not pay for positive. I may leave work and if I’m positive I get my pto back and everything
