Good afternoon all.breakfast was cinnamon toasted poptarts,4 turkey sausage,peach chobani,banana.
Then I went and tire flipped,4x 5min intervals,slow and fast flipping.
My daughter,has been hiding a twisted knee,from a rebound,it's swollen and bruised.i was pissed that her coach managed to not notice how she came down on it wroung,and like me,she will tell a coach she's fine,because she wants to play due to her competivness,and I can appreciate that. However I emailed her coach,and now of course,Carlie is mad at me,cause she's gonna sit out the next practice,possibly the next game to..I guess she won't realize my concern as a parent,for another 8 years atleast,she's 13.i didn't eat lunch,I was going back n forth with her,and her mom,kinda tucked up my appetite.i believe dinner will chicken sandwiches,chic breast in a pan using avacado/olive oil,Cajun seasoning,lettuce,tomato,light mayo,home cut French fries,and vanilla bean ice cream.Today I am grateful for my daughter,her drive and her competivness,which she gets from me,I'm also thankful her mom and I are still friends,so that makes it easier to co-parent.

Today I didn't eat anything that was planned. So tommrow I'll fast. I'm about to go do some calves and stretching. Still taking it easy until I can clear this cough. More meds today to get on.
 
Had an Italian sub I made for lbreakfast and then chicken and salad at lunch. Grilled ham cheese for dinner maybe bowl of cereal later. Won’t train till after next Monday. Can’t jynx this champioship run
 
Good,no jinxing it @Dirtnasty...and what cereal might that be?
Purity pebbles,frosted flakes,cinnamon toast cunt,lucky charms,raisin bran,cap n crunch,fruit loops,honey bunches of oats,honey nut cheerios,apple cinnamon cheerios,kix...that's all I can remember.
