Good morning all. Breakfast was 5 scrambled eggs,4 whole wheat toast, banana, cranberry juice,coffee.Grateful for my good breakfast.No gym.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Day off. Chiropractor first thing. Feel much better.

Not so sure about any activities today.
 
4 fried eggs, 2 pieces of toast with grape jelly, 2 pieces of sausage, and coffee. 2nd meal was 2 pieces of french toast and coffee. Lasagna and Mountain Dew for lunch. Legs tonight. Today I am thankful for weekends off from work.
 
I see surgeon on Monday I’m hoping to be back in 6 weeks. PT says I look great so little more stability work
