Good morning all.No gym.Breakfast was 2 dunkin donuts,5 HB eggs no yolk,banana,coffee and water.
Not sure about lunch.Dinner will be venison,basmati,salad.Today i am grateful for positive influences in my life.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
About 70% protein, 30% fats. It’s good for energy or on keto or carnivore. My daughter’s favorite for breakfast.

The one for lunch or dinner we use is less fat but drier tasting.

Remember out here there will be a whole grocery isle of different sausages lol.
 
I grew up in the Detroit metro area and there was a huge pole population. To this day… best sausages I’ve ever had.

Trained legs. Running light on calories. Stomach was feeling like crap this morning but it’s feeling better now. So far it’s been egg whites and toast. Had a bagel 2 eggs and chicken sausage. Protein shake and a banana. Not sure about dinner.
 
So I’ve said here in the past if I didn’t just continue going I would likely not start back up pretty much the case. I will do esquille right in my log when it the dhb arrives and hope that kick starts me again but I could have just taken myself out of the game. Again this isn’t really a passion for me just something I do as I’m good at it and it keeps me out of trouble. I now have career and gf that I need to stay out of trouble to continue with either so I kind of just stopped caring at the moment
