Good afternoon all.went to gym this morning,did light chest n shoulders,then tire flipped,it felt good.
Breakfast was 1peach chobani,banana,5 turkey sausage,coffee and water.Not sure about lunch.Dinner will Taco Tuesday,so 1 lb ground beef 85/15 I will season it with Cajun seasoning,cut up,tomato,lettuce,peppers,sourcrea,shredded cheddar, in soft shells.
Today I am grateful for my guinea pig,never imagined how much pleasure she was gonna give me.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
