January 8th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.No gym today.Breakfast was a western omlete,hot sauce,no cheese,banana,2 english muffins with cream cheese and homemade strawberry jam,water.Lunch im not sure about.Dinner will be baked chicken,2 baked potatoes,and a salad.Today i am grateful for the snow we have,its beautiful.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
No training today either. Food is the same. Tomorrow I’ll start prepping my meals again. Might do another top round roast with potatoes because of how easy it was in the crock pot lol
 
Sick so doing light training. Can’t get passed this headache. Sleeping in extra bedroom hoping to clear this fast. Back and forth with headaches from congestion all day.

Diet is eh. Not the greatest when feeling bad but still on IF at least.
 
Dinner… And then I’ll have 2 meals after…

1000 calorie shake for breakfast… Rice burger patty fried egg lunch. Behind on eating a tad today… Slept a lot
