Joint pain is killing me

Thank you @TG I forgot to add that on my left arm for me elbow I wear a “bionic arm” and occasionally wear a small strap if my right arm acts up… the pic is what I use on my left, it’s a bit expensive but helps tremendously I also realize that your not gonna wrap your whole body up either ha ha

Good braces and wraps are an investment for bodybuilding. I have so many Ive built up over the years and when time comes Ineed them its great to have them.

That glucosamine w/msm is jus what I use, you should look up other joint stuff and see if something seems better, it seems yours is worse then mine since you didn’t mention a specific joint it seems like it’s all over correct

I use Great Lakes collagen powder for an ongoing hip injury. Also use turmeric and omega 3 capsules. Hard to measure what difference these supps make but they can’t do any harm.

@kingkonggainz I had a moderate right rotator cuff injury in October '17. I use TYPE 2 collagen peptide protein and Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength. You might also consider for inflammation Cissus and/or Curcumin.

Changing how you do an exercise will be beneficial to joint relief. Possibly more than any supplement. This may take the help of a professional or someone educated in this area.

These are for you @Fitraver also because I seem to remember you asked about Tumeric.

Curcumin-

Use bands for proper warmup. I used to have terrible shoulder pain on bench and shoulder days. Went to a physical therapist and showed me some shoulder warmups. I do them everyday. Never felt better. Small changes in hand or grip also makes a lot of difference. If you can afford it. Or have insurance to pay for it. Go to a good therapist. They can really help u out.
