July 22nd edition of diets and bodybuilding

Woke up 30 mins on the bike then had some zucchini and chicken. Pre and post workout cream of rice with whey, apple butter, and cinnamon. Cauliflower rice chicken and almond butter then 3 hole eggs over chicken before bed. Hit a solid push session. Really enjoying using cables for all my pressing movements. Pump and connection is amazing when you can line everything up to your own body
 
I gain weight at work now that I basically do nothing but eat the 12 hours I’m here
 
I got burnt out on plain rice myself. I’ve been eating a lot of pasta. I’ve been using whole wheat pasta for the extra protein.
 
Yeah I honestly wonder if the rice is contributing factor to some of my issues with skin conditions so we shall see my next meal is chciken and rice if I feel
Like shit after I’ll be closer to just saying fuck rice for now
 
Here we go rice time and I will say I too early to tell if rice is issue as I also cut out caffeine today so I have headache but probably wanting the feine. I was a hit more gassy in my stomach with rice over pasta. Tomorrow will be all chicken and rice at work no pop again so should be better way of knowing If it’s the issue

I did that 15 years ago or so. No big reason. Just stopped drinking coffee for a year or so. I’m remembering it took about a week to get over it. Picked right back up for no reason.
 
Oh I just want it ti hit harder next Sunday when I use it shoudl have stopped last week
