Good morning all.Breakfast two cans a tuna with hot sauce,1 plain bagel,vanilla protein shake blended with strawberries and 1 package of oatmeal,grapes,water.Gonna do chest after work.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

This was yesterday… beef ribs, slow smoked with Post Oak… they were good. Today who knows. My wife is 12 weeks out from her meet, I enjoy training her, but it’s kind of depressing training her and not myself.
 
Breakfast was 2 protein/mass gainer pancakes. I just add two scoops of my mass gainer to regular pancake mix. I eat my protein pancakes without syrup. 4 fried eggs and 2 cups of coffee. Push day today. Going to hit flat bench, incline, and decline. Tricep overhead extension, Dumbell shoulder Press, lying Tricep extension, barbell shoulder press on smith machine, and tricep kickbacks. Yesterday the old lady fixed pancakes and they was super thin. This morning my 5 year old daughter told her she didn’t like her pancakes flat.
 
Hit the scale this am,it’s claiming 198,and like I always say my TRUE wake up weight,after the bathroom while naked,gimme a couple weeks I’ll be 200
 
I actually made 5 lbs of brown rice today,and I’m gonna eat a lb a day for 5 days just to see if it will be what puts me over 200 without trying hard,I been eating lot a rice and not much pasta for a change,to see how it treats me

Last night I left my Philly on the counter when I took my girls home. I came back and my stupid lab was sitting there licking her lips and tail between her leg.

I went to the lady who I’m working for she owns a bar that makes real good food. Well this drunk guy was there with some girl he just met. He saw me walk in and immediately he puffed up his chest and made his arms look like he had lats pushing them out. Then he started strutting around in front of me and made comments about my size. I told him “I don’t walk like that or look like that”. He kept doing it then offered to buy me a drink. I declined. The poor girl he was with looked so embarrassed and told me she just met him at another bar and is now stuck with him cause he drove. I just laughed. Then this dude asking me to pay me to train him. Then he started flexing his arms and asking me if he had potential. Then he wanted to arm wrestle me to test his strength. I said sure but we have to go left cause my right shoulder. He then declined so I told him he could use both hands he still declined lmao. He was being so annoying. I got my food to go and split. WTF. I hate stupid people.
 
Dudes at worn that to me all the time one is a black guy abo ur 5’2” 120 haha. We just laugh about it I do short jokes and shit. I actually really lie the people I work with
 
Ya work is different. My coworkers joke to me a lot too. This little dude walks by me all the time and he says out loud it’s all about macros and micros. And I crack up. This dude was just making a scene
 
I get it funny thing happened at work the other day. The lead on the dfirst shift asked me what I thought about 5’1” 115# 21 year old then said that’s dead lifts 315. It’s his daughter haha. And now I think I’ve his daughter for awhile I thought for second he was trying to hook me up but just want my opinion on weight amount.
