Rest day for me lots of meat under 50g carbs little bit of cardio this morning but rather easy. Body needs a rest day been feeling lethargic for a couple days
I don’t understand how you/lots of others eat the same shit almost every day,I know you have tighter restrictions on your diet as do others, but theres different ways and different versions of things to be had that are healthy and fit within the confines of ones diet…
I go in binges… had overnight oatmeal for years with whites. Now regular plain oatmeal with vanilla protein powder collagen pep and tbsp of pb then whites. I’ll switch to something else when I get tired of that.
In my forties working 2nd shift. I would get up… coffee… train…eat 6 scrambled eggs with a whole boil in bag of brown rice mixed in for a year or two. Just about 6 days a week. Sunday bfast was in a restaurant.
I cannot do that. I’m with @John gotta switch it up often. I usually have three or four different go to proteins and carbs and fats but change the spices or how I cook them or add in different fruits or veggies.
Today eggs and potatoes for breakfast and cherries second breakfast oatmeal and protein shake.
Chest today.
Haven’t been very proactive here the last week but all this online training just drains me. Staring at the screen all day I get super tired. Go workout and then sleep a lot more then usual. Also been affecting my appetite. Cannot consume all that I am supposed to be consuming. Sitting on my ass all day and the food seems to not move as quickly. Just hangs out in my stomach
I did 8 sets of dumbbell squats and 4 sets of standing calf raises.
I’ve only had 1 protein/oat shake so far. I’ll have 4 more shakes and one meal of 10 egg whites and 2 cups of basmati rice.
Imagine having to sift through 100 page blueprint sets of extremely complicated machinery to the infinite micro detail and having to author tech data on that. I sit in front of 3 computer screens every day. Sometimes I have 4 or 5 in the office. The kicker is you have to be 100% right 100% of the time. Or having to figure out repairs on something that broke with the same criteria only with a quick drop dead timeline of hours.
