June 11th diets and training time

Good morning all.Breakfast was blueberry oikos, strawberries,1 plain bagel,R1 shake,water.Workin half day then go home tend to my garden n flowers.The wife and kid will be gone most the day so I will hole up at home and enjoy the quietness with my flea bags.Have a good weekend everyone.
 
4 Protein/oat shakes and 2 meals of extra lean ground turkey breast and basmati rice.
Today’s workout is giant sets of biceps, triceps, delts, traps, and calves.
