June 1st installment of lifting and diets

Good morning all.Breakfast was half box of raisin bran, strawberries,R1 shake,water and a mug of tea.Gonna do upper legs(squeezed in calf’s late last night,woke up from a somewhat shitty dream),so I smoked a joint on the front porch with the dogs,then did calf’s and went back to bed.About to make another R1,and then meet my dad at the job.My short term goal today is to remain open minded.Hope everyone has a smooth productive day
 
Going to do chest / shoulders today. Had frozen waffles and egg whites. After work out I’ll have a shake and probably 2 eggs and potatoes.
 
Diet: pancakes, eggs & bacon with coffee. Early lunch Shake. Later Chicken, yams, asparagus.

Training: upper back, bis & abs follow by 10 mikes of post cardio.

Had the same old cream of rice and apples with isolate with dates in between legs and cardio then post workout cream of rice with isolate, blueberries and bananas. Had fun on the pendulum squat today. 4 second eccentric with 2 sec pause at the bottom was brutal.
 
Mass gainer pancakes and 4 fried eggs this morning. Mass gainer shake after. Today is a pull day. My elbows have been killing me lately on my pull days. Friend of mine who use to compete bodybuilding says it’s my tendons. It started when I went to extra sets and reps. It actually interfered with my Dumbbell bench sets last week. This week I used the Barbell on my benching and didn’t have any issues.
 
Today will be all protein/oat shakes and a chicken breast with basmati rice meal.
I’m still fasted, but it’s time for a shake.
Today is cardio only day. I going to walk the hills and hopefully see some long horned sheep 🐏, lizards 🦎 , and rabbits 🐇 , but hopefully no rattlesnakes. 🐍
I’m gutted today. My friend I talk to daily went into cardiac arrest after I talked to him on Monday. They shocked his heart into beating but his brain went without oxygen too long. His wife just told me the doctors want her to donate his organs. He was a champion bodybuilder and a couple years younger than me. Guys, keep your blood pressure in normal range. And when you get older if it means dropping size to get you blood pressure in range then make the sacrifice. I just dropped 40Lbs over the past 8 months to get my blood pressure in normal range. A clean diet is essential. This is my friend. I’m going to miss him a lot!

Many people refer to it as “Leg Day” or “Leg Workout” as if they are mono-peds. Maybe they only workout one at a time, or maybe they are unfortunate former pirates who only have a single leg to exercise.

Second phase of my training cycle with my coach started this week and the volume increased a good bit so I’m feeling that got home yesterday from being away with weekend hoped right back on my meals and training feeling pretty good with all of it
 
His Randomness still puts any Gen Z’er to shame.

Alway enjoyed the crowds awkward laughter on SNL as they didn’t know what in the actual fuck was going on.
