Good morning all Breakfast was 2 pieces french toast,4 HB eggs,R1 shake,grapes coffee and water.Doin bis later.I am grateful a roof over my head and 4 meals a day,my wife and kid my purpose in life is to protect and provide for them.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Morning everyone had the same grub as usually however I made Brandon hardings pro cookie for tomorrows post workout with some slight adjustments and it looks pretty good. I’m excited to try it might be a new staple coming in at 45g protein and 400 calories.
 
I’ve had 4 protein/oat shakes today.
Today I did biceps and triceps, all giant sets and super sets . I got a killer pump from last nights high carb Father’s Day dinner.
 
The usual oats and proteins and good fats.

Dinner today was grilled chicken and jalapeños and asparagus. Yum yum. Training today went real well. Was able to grip certain machines in ways they were not meant to be in order to have similar affect of what I was doing before and work every exercise @PHD has for me for heavy back and arm day. And without taxing my shoulder much.
