June 22nd edition of diets and training

Good morning all, no work today rain.So breakfast was 1 plain bagel,4 HB eggs,R1 shake,grapes, cappuccino and water.Doin legs shortly.Then my dad, daughter and I gonna go get some lunch and fish for awhile,didn’t catch nothing last two times I was out
 
Chicken and asparagus meal 1. Meal 2 will be apple Greek yogurt and oats then hitting legs with the pro cookie after. Meals 4 and 5 will be cauliflower rice and chicken with orange dragon sauce then cottage cheese and casein before bed. Trying a fat loss sprint for the next 4 weeks. Very low calories for short time because I’ve seen people doing it and wanted to see if I liked it more than the traditional longer cut. Also want to see if it’ll help blood glucose.
 
It’s going alright so far berberine and lowering carbs as a whole has had an impact but the amount of sleep I get is the biggest factor I’ve noticed. Cardio and diet got me down to mid 90’s in the morning however sleeping in a couple days a week is when it dips sub 90 and days I sleep very little is when it creeps back to the 115 range
 
Wow. Interesting. Sleep and glucose control. I’ve never connected those dots. You might have broke the code.

If it’s been written about before I haven’t seen it.

Trained back and bis. Had 2 waffles and egg whites then 2 whole eggs and potatoes. Protein shake and banana. Just had a grilled chicken wrap. Not sure about dinner
 
Lunch was 3 junior bacon cheeseburgers 1med frosty large coke supper was wolf brand chili no beans 700 calories per can. Worked on chest wanted that to be my only focus but ive lost alot of strength there so also did some rows and stuff
