June 26th edition of diets and training

Good afternoon all.Breakfast was 1 cinnamon raisin bagel,5 HB eggs no yolk,Chobani,coffee and water.Gonna do tris cause I never did them yesterday,kick backs,skull crushers and diamond pushups.Im just gonna bum around the house today,wife,kid and another mom n daughter are goin to the town pool for awhile so I will have some peace n quiet.Hope everyone has a great day.Today I am thankful for steroids,food on the table,and my wife’s undying loyalty.
 
I forgot to add but my wife got me to sign up for some Equnine Therapy tomorrow for a few hours …I’ve worked with horses before on a farm that had kids with Autism come and we would show them how to groom them,and then tack them up and have the kids ride them as we guided them on the trails.
 
Going to a college baseball game today, made some pumpkin protein muffins for breakfast and having some chicken throughout the day hash browns or chips and cottage cheese to end the night. No training for me but push session tomorrow
 
Afternoon gentlemen. Breakfast was 6 fried eggs and 2 pieces of turkey sausage with a Mountain Dew. 2nd meal was a mass gainer shake. 3rd meal was one of the high protein Buffalo chicken hot pockets. 4th was another mass gainer shake. No training today. My legs are beat after hiking and then hitting legs the day after.
 
My whole crew is down w vehicle shit. Ran all farms today by myself…still got it in a pinch, don’t want to do that again 4 awhile. Parents had a big ass lunch. Pork chops were tender as butter, green beans, cheese cubed taters rolls black eye peas. Gonna hit the shower.
Ps does npp ever fuck up your sleeep?
 
Ya. And it could totally have a different affect on you then it does me. But it’s not a standard side effect that I know of.
 
I use about 3 ius before bed and fall asleep easily it’s the staying asleep part
