Same old diet. Had two protein/oat shakes so far. Today is an off day. Tomorrow legs. Weightlifting :weight_lifting_woman:

I miss off days. Sunday is my off day and I play hockey. Today was push. Heavy shoulders, ore reps on tris, quads and chest. Its a low volume, high frequency workout. Some similarities to dogcrapp training, mixed with some other stuff.

Lunch is 3 jr. Bacon cheeseburgers med. Frosty large coke. Super is steak and mashed potatoes lower back is tender so im not gonna bench gonna do rows and lats and of course hit these shriveled up arms

Interesting back is hurst so your doing rows and not b much. I mean that will tax you lower back more

New on the menu today. Buffalo ribs. I tried cooking these things and smoking them and it was just like chewing on shoe leather. It’s a big old buffalo. Meat is tough as an old buffalos meat.

Went down th road to this old black dudes place called Arts BBQ. He has smokers i. The back. Asked old Art if he could do anything with these buffalo ribs. He tried and man o man dude knocked it out of the park. Best any kind of rib I’ve ever had. @JB_rD81

@Rusty ill have to see if I can find those anywhere. I was thinking about going and buying plate ribs this weekend for the holiday weekend, there’s a little butcher shop near us that usually has them.

Those look phenomenal, I would imagine SGP and spritz every hour with ACV/Worcestershire/apple juice mix and keep the temp low.

He said he marinated them in a little bit of rye whiskey and wosschtshire for 2.5 days to help breakdown the meat and then smoked them for four hours low heat then covered them and finished them in the oven to keep the moisture in for a few hours. Oh and of course whatever spices he put on for the bark. He wouldn’t give me his secret ingredients for that. But man o man are they perfect.
