June 4th installment of diets and training

Good morning all.No gym.Work then go home and pace around my apartment.Breakfast was a big ol egg n cheese sandwich,hash brown,sausage on it,banana,peach chobani,water,coffee.lunch will be two turkey n white american with lettuce tomato,drinkable chobani,cranberry juice,water.Dinner will be a beautiful ahi tuna steak,not sure how im preparing it,never made one before,i will have basmati and a salad with it.then im thinking lucky charms for dessert.Today i am grateful to be able to work outdoors,i couldnt being stuck indoors year round,also am grateful i dont have a boss,no co workers at all to deal with.

@John do you have a tuna steak? If so… look into “blackening” it. Or just cook on grill. Not over cooked though. I don’t know how to do any of it… that’s the way wifey does it. Delicious
 
I had my bloods done earlier today. Gym done for cardio before 8am. I feel like doing legs today. Will probably stretch in a couple hours then do legs tonight. Food as bad so I won’t talk about it lol.
 
Yes,high heat for a miunte or two each side,looks like raw steak in the middle,using avacado oil,salt,pepper,keep it simple this time and go from there.
 
You know where I live at… I can get it pretty much off the boat and it ain’t much cheaper.
 
Busted my ass in parking lot on the way home. Stepped over a curb in a divider with a bush and mulch. Left foot didn’t make it and I went down like a pile of bricks. Luckily I landed in the mulch.
 
Never had it either,let me know how it is…good job Marine…did you not get your nap in today or some shit??
 
I’m ok… came home and trained legs. Hit my right knee and both elbows pretty good… saved the open bag of twizzlers though. We were eating them walking around the store. Girl thinks that is so cool.
