Good morning all.Breakfast was a cheese steak cheese n pepper only,3 HB eggs no yolk, banana,water.Later on I will do legs,lunges and squats.I appreciate everyones participation on here I look forward to this every morning.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Sup fellas don’t even remember what I ate. I am sucking right now…. Lots of Stress piling up!
