Progress picture
Body fat at 12% bulking atm weight at 170 height 5’6.
Currently taking 150 TestP with 100mg of NPP 100mg of anadrol and 0.5 adex every other day.
 
Thanks everyone currently bulking workout consist of mon:chest,shoulders
Tue:Legs,abs and tri
Wed:Back,biceps
Then I just repeat it again. I workout 6 days a week.

Thing in including top inch in the adult sextion of sore you better believe that hahhaha
 
The only thing that I could say about your routine is to mix it up do push and pull do one muscle group a session it will keep you from hitting plateaus and muscle confusion is real.
 
Aye yo how you doing Bigmurph!? Glad to hear from you! So your saying I should just hit one muscle a day? Not that I expect everything to be feed to me in the mouth it’s that I like asking so I can change it up
How many sets and reps should I do?
Tbh my legs are weak and not so good with keeping up with my upper body
My squat max is 280 for 3 reps good form.
