Whats going on everyone.
Been doing a lot of reading on the forums and reddit and figured I’d sign up and see how things go.
I’m a 30 year old male just looking to get back in shape. Was active dude Army and ended up getting wounded overseas that caused me to lose self control and gain a lot of weight since I wasnt able to work out anymore. A few years later and I found myself at 6’3" 360 pounds and said fuck this isnt me. The past year I’ve been dieting and getting myself back to where i used to be currently down to 270. Ideal goal is to eventually be down to 240 again with more muscle then fat obviously. Interested in some cycles but not too sure what the right one would be for me. I have my own source but still reading around and would like some input as to a good cycle to start off with. Im also a single dad so I dont have too much extra cash to throw at it but I can make it work.

Thanks an advance,

Bear

Welcome aboard. Bunch of veterans here- sadly most are Department of the Navy, men’s department at least. :rofl:Be nice to have another Army guy around.
But seriously this is a great place- congrats on making the decision to change things around. The weight loss is impressive man! I wouldn’t even consider a cycle until you reach a BF% under 20%.
In terms of cost a simple Test E or C cycle with PCT isn’t all that expensive. I’ve seen a beginner special for $250 that has everything and more you would need…
Best of luck with your goals- the community here is awesome and will help answer just about any question.

Welcome to ugmuscle brother glad to have you around

To be honest you have to take care of the weight first gear won’t give you an advantage dealing with it I recommend doing what you’re doing because you have made progress and by waiting and taking off the weight first you can work on getting your diet dialed in and start meal prepping and things like that to help you save time especially with the kids.

Then when you hit your goal weight have a good diet and training if you run a cycle then you will do much better than jumping in before your ready.
I look forward to seeing you in the forums

Good luck and good gains brother

Thats the plan, I’m gonna keep working on my weight for the time being until I’m happy where I’m at. Once i get down to where I wanna be then I plan to start gear up. I figured I’d join now and do my research and get a feel for the community here so by mid summer I’d be ready to go. Right now I’m averaging about 2 pounds a week on the weight loss doing the keto shit and working out.
