For grins n giggles 225 x 3 went up real quick. Had to err on the side of not being a goober. Just stayed there for training.

The snow angels were an azz kicker!!
 
Perfect! I’m so sore from those heavy triples yesterday coupled with 5 hard 5 min rds of jitz today
