Just because I’m your head you felt it helped doesn’t mean it did. Like the old sugar pill trick docs used to use when people had mysterious illnesses. All of a sudden after this medicine it went away but in reality it was a sugar pill, same thing. Athletes are very “mental “ so if they think it’s working, it does. I’ve literally seen that tape used on hundreds of athletes with no effect . But if it works for you it must be real. Lol

The boys did well competing today. We got 1 first place and 2 third place. Our best guy competes tonight in a submission only match. This kid is the shit. I’m going to miss the match though. Going to dinner with the wife
