Lab work question? What kind of info should be in a Test panel?

I’m looking into getting blood work done for the first time and I don’t know exactly what kind of blood test I should be getting. I have Quest labs near me but on there site all they seem to offer is “Testosterone test”. What that entails I have no idea but I have emailed them to find out. I have seen in some older threads people asking for woman’s hormone panel. So my question is what are the important things to look for in a test panel?
