Hello fellow members,
So as you may have guessed, I am completely new to the forum and most importantly steroid use. I have been training on and off most of my life, and just recently about a year ago I have been going to the gym quite regularly. So far all natural, although recently I have gotten quite desperate but not to the point where I will just go on a cycle willie nilly.

I am mostly posting this because I don’t know where to begin searching and learning. As with most new things, the amount of information is plentiful but overwhelming. This community seems to be quite welcoming and for the most part pleasant from the few interactions I’ve read.

My goals are to fill out my frame a bit more, I have an ideal body and one cycle seems to me like the right way get to it. Think Killmonger in the Black Panther movie. I am currently at about 180lbs or 81 kgs for those using the metric system lol.
I stand at about 6’1 and have some definition, but there are plenty of parts lagging. I am lanky so I want to fill my frame out more, especially my long ass arms.

Thank you good sir. Currently I am doing Upper/lower splits 4 x a week and my diet is pretty clean with some cheat meals here and there on the weekends. currently trying to bulk so I am in a surplus and consuming 3200 calories roughly
 
By the way I meant that my ideal body, is to look similar to Killmonger from Black Panther. Re-read and it seems that I said I already had an ideal body lol not the case.

Welcome to ugm brother from just what I read above it sounds like you might be in a plateau and it sounds like you’re a big guy and your diet might be lacking.

If you throw up a post about what you were thinking about running and what type of diet and training you are running now. Im sure that we can help you out to get through your plateau and if you decide to run a cycle help you get that put together also.
 
Not completely directed at you brother but I wish even those lerking and learning would join the conversation. I would love to see questions from everyone that just reads because we have a number that is insanely big. Our community could be huge and so strong if everyone joined the conversation. Its questions that keep the conversation going and it’s not like other forums here no one will ever bash you or attack you for asking a question. @CantStopWontStop i appreciate you joining in I hope that anyone else who is just reading will also join the conversation.

This forum is actually where I got the link to come to this one. And as far as diet lacking, do you think I should up the calories some more?
 
@Dutch546 In my experience when I want to lean bulk while getting rid of some body fat I need, to within some degree of accuracy, calculate my total daily energy expenditure than develop a diet plan around that. I typically like a 300-500 calorie daily surplus and then make small adjustments every two weeks or so based on my results. My diet always plays the key role to my results and training a very close second.

I have no idea who is recommending front loading testosterone for a first cycle but I see zero benefits to it and a lot of potential downsides.

Remember the TDEE calc is just a tool and individual real world totals will vary.

6’1" 180lbs is not a small guy but it certainly isn’t big. In fact, I bet he looks nice and lean. 😉

Yes sir I appreciate that, I have been working with my calories for about a year, with the volatility of my job, its hard to pinpoint my exact tdee. But I know that my.maintenance is around 2500-2600. So i figured 3200 is a good place to bulk up. And yes I read in this exact forum not to front load, so i suppose I will omit that portion of the plan. I honestly want to consider a cycle within the next 6 months. Not really in a hurry.
 
I’m so torn on what to do, part of me wants to keep going natural another year, but when I see my arms, the other part of me just wants to do a cycle and get it over with.
