I prefer free weights over machines. I feel I get more pumps, muscle soreness and just better gains in general when I do mostly if not all free weight compound basic movements. Thoughts?
Machines are good change in routine you can focus on the muscle and contractions a lot better. John meadows uses a lot of machine work In his programs for when you train a body part twice. I agree free weights are superior
I’ve never been there I hear nothing but good things. I like arsenal strength machines they are awesome and work well with your joints and movements. I’m very good friends with the owner
