I forgot how
Miserable I feel after I’m taking 1500 in one sitting how did I do this multibple
Times a day not too long ago.
 
I remember laying down exhausted and thinking oh yeah I’m going to finally get some rest…waking up and thinking wow that felt great…I’m going to have a good day…look at the clock and it was only 45 minutes…up for another 24 hours til the next try.
 
I’m alright, they wanted me to take Seroquel during the day,on top of what I take at night ,no thanks.
 
Breakfast was celery ,blueberries, strawberry and a pork chop, work out was an entire body work out…hope all are focused …drank 14 cup of water
