This place is deader then grandpa.Good morning all
Breakfast was 3 HB eggs,no yolk.3 scrambled just pepper on them.2 toast grape jelly(unfortunately it’s store bought,it’s been awhile since I ate any jam/jelly that wasnt made by my hard working wife’s hands.Anyways,I also had 5 fake sausages,coffee n water.my two smaller meals will be about the same as yesterday,protein shake,3 tbl spoons of peanut butter,and one other small portion of something to be determined.Not sure about lunch,dinner is chic n dumplings…I am doin bis today,preacher curls,hammer curls,standing barbell curls.
 
Breakfast this morning was 2 pancakes and 4 fried eggs with 2 cups of coffee. No training today. Chest and arms are sore from yesterday. Lunch was 2 half pound burgers with cheese. Dinner will be bison and whole wheat pasta.
 
No training today. Had a protein shake for meal #1 and a pint of fat free cottage cheese with 3 rice cakes for meal #2. Meal #3 will be another protein shake. Meal #4 1/2Lb extra lean ground turkey and 1/2 box low sodium rice o roni. Meal #5 is 10 egg whites and a bowl of mixed fruit.
 
Alot of “no training today,” and the same was true for me. Still aching from yesterday’s shoulder and upper chest workout!
Breakfast was three eggs, four pancackes with chocolate chips, five or six strips of bacon, a whole avocado, skim milk, coffee and cranberry juice.
Tomorrow: legs and abs.
