Good afternoon all.Lunch was a frozen microwaveble diner Salisbury steak,smashed potatoes,corn,and a salad.the box said it would feed 3,but it only fed me.No gym,have a number of things to do.Started cycle today,pinned 200 test c,winny suspension 25mg.Today I’m grateful to be taste testing my 2nd batch of “jailhouse hooch” this time I used 3 gallons of white grape juice,2 tbl spoons of yeast,2.5 cups of sugar and 2 lbs of fresh strawberries,I’m four days in,and have atleast 3 more days.i tested it out,taste good at first,then you catch weird yeast taste so we will see how it it Sunday.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Lunch and two dinners will be ribeyes I cooked and made into 7oz portions or so it’s nice to go to gym late but then I don’t wake early to do all the full meal prep I don’t like making a lot of rice ahead of time it’s so much better fresh so I need some form of carb with meals
