Hi all.No work,finished small job.hopefully the pace picks up,i got a little to much time on my hands.Gonna go pick up my dogs and go for a hike,i still have one of my trail cams in the woods,although hunting has been done since jan.31st,there's gonna be hundreds of pics on it,I'll go thru all of them for the hell of it.Going to gym after the hike and go straight to legs,squats/leg presses,leg curls,calf presses.
Breakfast-5 HB egg whites,4 turkey sausage,2 toasted bread,I really like this bread,and it has 5grams of protein per piece,strawberries,water.
Lunch- 2 turkey,swiss,lettuce,tomato on that bread,peach chobani,cranberry juice.
1st dinner-2 chic breasts,in soy sauce and cayenne pepper,basmati,and a salad,water.
2nd dinner-proscuttio,extra sharp cheddar cheese,raw carrots,bell pepper,cranberry juice.
