March 20th edition of diets and training

Good fuckin morning all, a few hours ago,did legs,got some some shit done,courtesy of Halo n Cialis. Breakfast was scrambled eggs,4 turkey sausage,1 plain bagel,strawberries,water n coffee.Gonna have my mini meal shortly,R1shake3 tbl spoons of 🥜 🧈 and another plain bagel.No idea what lunch is,depends on if I go work a few hours or not.i will have another mini meal tween lunch n dinner,it will be R1 shake,3 tbl spoons peanut butter and a chobani.Dinner is burgers on the grill, macaroni salad,and a salad.
 
I’m replanting bushes I took out the front yard,they were their already there,Japanese Holly Bush,and I’m goin to dig out a Japanese Maple from a house we did last summer,their beautiful trees.I do find it odd my unplanned Japanese thing I got goin.

Crippling drop set after a warmup of 5 reps with each ascending….descending 10 reps at each chain…non stop

Today is cheat day . Big breakfast with eggs and cheese, pancakes, hash browns, toast, bacon, orange juice.
And a big ole Italian dinner with eggplant parmigiana, pasta, lots of fresh bread and butter, deep fried zucchini, several cherry cokes, mud pie.
Then it’s sweat all night from the metabolism spike, and non stop farting. 💨
