Good morning.Breakfast was cheese steak,R1 shake, pineapple, coffee n water.Mini meal will be R1,3 tbl spoons peanut butter and a bagel.Lunch will be 1 turkey n cheese,Lett,tomato.1 can a tuna plain,raw carrots,water.Not sure if I’m lifting later after work.We got a pitching coach and hitting coach for my kid,goin to see the pitching coach later.Hope everyone has a good day.
