Good morning.Breakfast was cheese steak,R1 shake, pineapple, coffee n water.Mini meal will be R1,3 tbl spoons peanut butter and a bagel.Lunch will be 1 turkey n cheese,Lett,tomato.1 can a tuna plain,raw carrots,water.Not sure if I’m lifting later after work.We got a pitching coach and hitting coach for my kid,goin to see the pitching coach later.Hope everyone has a good day.
 
Good morning bro. Had bagel with two eggs, fruits and coffee… took my vitamins D, multi, B12, C and Magnesium.

Morning, had another great cheat meal last night. Chicken parm and pasta, cannolis and ice cream for desert.
Supposed to train quads and mid delts but glutes, hams lo back are fried from yesterday so going to let the wheels recover today and hit chest and lats instead
 
Switch to steel cut oats today for no reason in particular. Drank 122 grams of whites. Had 2 chicken sausages with potatoes. Going to try and train some chest later
 
Also I got greens powder today so I’m going to add that to supplement stack. I know I don’t eat enough veggies so here we go see if this helps me feel any better and be healthier
 
Gym @ 5am. Oatmeal with peanut butter and banana for breakfast. Tuna and yogurt for lunch. Dinner will be whole wheat tortellini with a homemade red sauce with ground beef
