March 22nd daily dose of diets and training

Morning all.Breakfast was 5 eggs HB,no yolk,1 plain bagel,and 1 chobani,banana,water.mini meal will be at 1030.Lunch will be can a tuna,bagel,a salad, cinnamon poptarts,water.mini meal will be around 3.Grilling chicken later for dinner.Hope everyone has a productive day
 
Normal grub. I did however make a new chicken dish. Sautéed chicken w some spices, spicy Mexican peppers, finished off with lime juice and fresh cilantro. Was pretty damn good. Training legs with my wife today. She’s a beast! Pound for pound she is one of the strongest people I know. Dead lifted 300lb at a BW of 120. Convinced her to to last 9 weeks of prep with me. She should look pretty amazing
 
Cooking chicken thighs today store was out of Breast so nex t two day at least will be thighs time no sure for lunch but I’ll play that by ear. Had second green shake today. Juat slam it down can’t think of what it reminds me of. But it taste healthy haha
 
Today is the usual diet:
  • 3 Protein/oat shakes
  • Turkey breast and rice
  • Egg whites and fruit
    Today is giant sets of biceps, triceps, and delts.
    45 minute cardio walk will be later this afternoon, 💪
 
Breakfast on the go. Egg whites. Protein shake. Kodiak oatmeal. Coffee.

Moving to a new rental today and it’s shit weather. Fun stuff.
