Good morning all.No gym.At work.Breakfast was a sausage egg n cheese on a roll,banana,water and coffe.Not sure about lunch. Dinner will be chicken and dumplings,celery and carrots in the broth.Havent been to the gym to much in the last week.oh well.Today i am grateful for steady work thru the winter months.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
French toast and egg whites for breakfast. Had shaved steak on toast with cheese. Protein shake and some blueberries. Trained chest and shoulders earlier. Probably just having some chicken later.

Ha ha,yeah i showed the GI comnent to my dad,he knew,then he brought up movies where they referenced American GI
