Good afternoon all.Breakfast was 5 HB egg whites,4 turkey sausage,peach drinkable chobani,strawberries,water.i went to gym just to tire flip. 6,4minute intervals,walked back home made a shake,then did forearms and traps.Lunch was 2 turkey n swiss,lettuce tomato on fancy bread I said I liked recently,had another drinkable chobani,cranberry juice.
Gonna do country fried steak,white gravy, I will eat approximately 4 pieces and a salad,romaine lett,tomatoes,bell pepper,carrots,zesty Italian dressing.
2nd dinner most likely be half can a chic peas,and something else...Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
