Good afternoon y’all. It’s been a long day and it’s not even over yet.
Breakfast was protein shake,2 sesame bagels cranberry juice.
Lunch was 2 turkey and provolone, lettuce 🥬 and tomatoes 🍅. cranberry juice.
1st dinner is gonna be chic Parm over pasta,and a salad and water.
2nd dinner will be a bagel plain,and a casein protein shake.
Today I am grateful for this forum,and I can’t Believe how much knowledge I’ve picked since I’ve been here.l hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Pork in there. Also got 12 hour days all week with probably a working Friday. So good check workouts may just be minimal but I’m still getting back into it. Apps entered a meet in sept so plenty of time to get back to heavy stuff

Now that I know how to get wraps on better I’m not mind them. 405 for 7 on bench not bad after 12 hours of basically being on feet on hold a high pressure hose
