Wore out but the hook feels like it’s not really affected as much by tired forearms I can see why people say it’s the best for e geavy dead’s I’m stronger in mixed grip but if this progresses I can see it taking over. Almost like using hands to make straps. Was able to do 545 for triple this week last week o lost grip on third rep. And I’m more tired and work my back and forearms pretty good at work stepping up for 6 plates let’s set what happens
